Shipping Policy

At Novib, we work to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
After payment confirmation, the shipping time may vary depending on the product type, stock availability, and delivery region.

Processing time: up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time: depends on the customer's address and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.
Tracking code: will be sent by email or WhatsApp as soon as the order is shipped.

Some products may be shipped directly from partner suppliers (domestic or international), which may affect the total delivery time. In all cases, we guarantee tracking and support until you receive your order.

Exchange and Return Policy

The customer may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
If the product has a defect or damage, you have 30 days to report it and request a replacement.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories.
Digital products (such as e-books) and opened personal use items or cosmetics cannot be returned, except in cases of proven defects.
Instructions and the return address will be provided after you contact our team.
Once the product is received and analyzed, the customer can choose between a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for another product.
